The National Flight Academy is the place where everyone is inspired to reach for the sky

We’ve created the best next gen game on the planet with the use of world-class technology and the wonder of flight. The National Flight Academy teaches the principles of science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) with an immersive, hands-on approach that reaches far beyond the traditional academic experience. Students in 7th- 12th grades spend 5 ½ days undergoing an intensive course that combines classroom fundamentals with virtual reality. In this high-tech adventure like no other, students–dubbed Aviators–join a squadron and immediately begin planning and executing missions based on real-world events.

Fast-paced, aviation-based missions challenge and inspire the Aviators on a wide range of topics, from basic three-dimensional physics and motion to more advanced concepts of aeronautical engineering and propulsion systems. These missions all play into enhancing the Aviators’ education, ultimately enriching their understanding of STEM principles.

The Simulated Experience

To meet objectives of the real life missions, aviators use cutting-edge technology, which allows them to do anything from experience the sensation of space travel to test the integrity of an aircraft’s wings. In some special missions, aviators even get to design their own special aircraft.

Once each mission is complete, students attend in-depth debriefings to receive immediate feedback. Based on their performance during these thrilling, flight-based lessons, aviators can earn honors and promotions as they move on to the next mission—which progressively becomes more daring and educational than the one before it.
