The NFA Team Development offsite introduces your team to the basics of mission planning, flight simulators, and the fundamentals of piloting an aircraft. Through careful planning and execution, your team will practice and refine their communication, collaboration, and decision-making skills as they navigate the challenges of their mission. It all takes place in an immersive and interactive environment that encourages individuals to step out of their comfort zones.
